Pregnancy Yoga Classes
Pregnancy Yoga, Wednesday 7pm-8.30pm, Buxton
Starting 7th March 2012. £7 per class or £50 for 8-week course.
Yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation will keep you physically healthy and emotionally well-balanced during pregnancy, labour and birth and will strengthen the bond between you and your baby.
Physical benefits include improved strength, muscle tone, posture and balance; suppleness and flexibility; stimulation of glands which control hormone production; massaged internal organs; improved circulation and improved sleep.
Breathing exercises and meditation promote excellent breath and mind control and a general feeling of well being, calm and contentedness and a positive outlook.
*Suitable from 14 weeks.
Masterclasses
A Masterclass is a longer class that focuses on a particular theme & explores deeper & more challenging yoga practices through sensible sequencing.
After the hard work, relax with complimentary refreshments & a chat!
